Sublimation transfers must be applied with a heat press by an adult and should only be used on items coated for sublimation or at least 65 percent polyester. Always follow heat press safety guidelines and keep away from children during application. RT Customized Creations LLC is not responsible for misuse, incorrect pressing settings, damage to garments, equipment, or surfaces, or results affected by substrate composition.

By purchasing, you confirm that any uploaded or requested artwork does not infringe on copyrights, trademarks, characters, team logos, collegiate marks, or other licensed imagery. RT Customized Creations LLC does not print, approve, or reproduce protected intellectual property. The buyer assumes full responsibility for verifying artwork rights and usage.

⭐ Resale & Finished Product Use

Sublimation transfers from RT Customized Creations LLC may be used on finished physical products that you sell, such as shirts, tumblers, mugs, and gifts. However, transfers themselves may not be resold, repackaged, digitized, shared, copied, or distributed in any way.

⭐ Color & Substrate Variations

Final colors may vary based on polyester count, coating quality, fabric tone, heat press calibration, and monitor display differences. Results may appear lighter on lower-poly content materials. Customer is responsible for selecting appropriate blanks.

⭐ Installation & Use Responsibility

Finished sublimated items are decorative products only and are not intended for unattended children, safety functions, or load-bearing applications. Customer is responsible for safe use, handling, and gifting.
