2. We'll Contact You
If you fill out the quote requst, we'll review your request, ask any questions, and recommend products and pricing.
If you choose to order directly from our website, we will only contact you if necessary.
3. Explore Your Design Library
We’ll create a private design library customized for your school. Choose a design as-is or request reasonable changes before giving final approval.
4. Production & Fulfillment
Once ordering closes and all required approvals and payments are received, we’ll produce your order and distribute it through your selected pickup, delivery, or shipping method.
Timeline
1. Consultation & Planning
We strive to respond to your inquiry within 1-2 business days to discuss products, quantities, deadlines, artwork, ordering options, fulfillment, and fundraising goals.
2. Design Library
You’ll receive access to a private design library customized for your school. Choose your favorite designs and request reasonable changes before approving them for use.
3. Ordering Setup
We’ll create your selected ordering method, such as an online team store, bulk group order, individual supporter ordering, fundraiser, or paper order form. Standard online stores are typically set up within 3 business days after all required information and design approvals are received.
4. Production, Fulfillment & Funds
After ordering closes and all necessary approvals and payments are received, production begins. Most group orders take approximately 2-3 weeks. Products will be distributed through your selected pickup, delivery, or shipping method. Fundraiser proceeds will be issued according to the agreed payout schedule.
Exact timing depends on your selected products, ordering method, design needs, order size, product availability, and deadline. Your complete schedule will be confirmed during planning.

Who can work the RT Customized Creations?
We work with school teams, travel teams, recreational leagues, independent athletic organizations, booster clubs, coaches, team managers, and other sports-related groups. We provide spirit wear and custom merchandise rather than athletic uniforms.
What ordering options are available?
Options may include bulk group orders, individual supporter ordering, online team stores, fundraisers, paper order forms, or a combination of methods. We’ll help you choose the option that works best for your organization.
Are the prices shown above the final prices for team orders?
The collections show our standard retail prices. Final pricing depends on your ordering method:
Group orders: Discounts are available beginning at 10 similar items, such as 10 T-shirts, 10 hoodies, etc.
Fundraisers: Your team or organization receives an agreed-upon portion of each sale.
Individual orders: Standard retail pricing generally applies.
There is no minimum quantity required to order. We’ll confirm your pricing, discounts, or fundraiser proceeds before your project begins.
Is there a fee to set up a team storefront?
Standard team stores and fundraiser stores generally do not require a setup fee. Additional fees may apply for extensive custom design work, specialty services, or requests outside the standard setup process. Any applicable costs will be discussed before work begins.
How does the team design library work?
Your organization will receive access to a private library of designs customized with your team name, colors, mascot, or other approved branding. You can select designs as they are or request reasonable changes before they are added to your ordering method.
We do need permission to use official logos or mascots.
Can we provide our own logo, mascot, or group-created artwork?
Yes. Teams and clubs may submit official logos, mascots, sponsor artwork, or designs created by athletes, coaches, or group members. We must receive permission from an authorized organization representative before using official team, school, league, or club branding.
All submitted artwork will be reviewed to ensure it is suitable for the selected product and printing method. If it needs cleanup, recreation, background removal, improved image quality, or other print preparation, we’ll explain what is needed and discuss any applicable design fees before work begins.
How long will our order take?
Most group orders take approximately two to three weeks after ordering closes and all required approvals and payments have been received. Timing may vary based on order size, product availability, design complexity, supplier lead times, and seasonal demand.
Rush orders may be available depending on production capacity, product availability, and the requested deadline. Additional rush fees will apply and will be confirmed before the order is accepted.
How will our products be distributed?
Available options may include coach or organization pickup, local pickup, team delivery, local delivery, or direct shipping to individual customers. We’ll confirm the fulfillment method and any related costs before ordering begins.
How do team fundraisers and payouts work?
We’ll help your organization select products, establish pricing, create the ordering method, and determine how products will be distributed. Your team or club will receive an agreed-upon portion of each sale. Product pricing, expected proceeds, and the payout schedule will be confirmed before launch.
What happens if there is a problem with an order?
Please contact us as soon as possible if an item arrives damaged, defective, or different from the approved order. Because most products are customized, they generally cannot be returned or exchanged. If the issue resulted from our production, we’ll work with you to provide an appropriate replacement or correction.
