1. Fundraiser Planning
We strive to respond to new inquiries within 1-2 business day. We’ll discuss your cause, fundraising goal, preferred products, designs, schedule, ordering period, and fulfillment needs.
2. Products, Designs & Proceeds
We’ll help you select products and create or prepare designs for your fundraiser. Product pricing and the amount your fundraiser will receive from each sale will be established before launch.
3. Store Setup & Launch
We’ll configure and test your online fundraiser store. Supporters can then choose products, select available options, place orders, and make payments online.
Standard stores are typically set up within 3 business days after all required information and design approvals are received.
4. Production, Fulfillment & Payout
After the fundraiser closes, orders move into production. Most group orders take approximately two to three weeks.
Products will be distributed through the agreed pickup, delivery, or shipping method. Standard fundraiser payouts are typically issued approximately two weeks after the fundraiser closes to allow time for production, fulfillment, and reconciliation.
Exact timing depends on your selected products, ordering period, artwork needs, order size, product availability, and fulfillment method. Your fundraiser schedule, proceeds, and payout arrangements will be confirmed before launch.

Who can start a fundraiser?
Fundraisers may be created for individuals, families, benefit events, memorials, community groups, nonprofits, volunteer organizations, awareness campaigns, local projects, and other meaningful causes.
You do not need to represent a large or formally established organization to contact us about a fundraiser.
How does a merchandise fundraiser work?
We’ll help you select products, prepare designs, establish pricing, and create an online fundraiser store.
Supporters purchase merchandise through the store. After the fundraiser closes, the products are created and distributed, sales are reconciled, and the agreed proceeds are issued to the fundraiser organizer or approved recipient.
Is there a fee to set up a fundraiser store?
Standard fundraiser stores generally do not require a setup fee. Additional fees may apply if the project requires extensive original artwork, logo recreation, specialty services, or setup outside the standard process.
Any applicable costs will be discussed before work begins.
How much money will our fundraiser receive?
The amount raised depends on the selected products, fundraiser pricing, and number of items sold. Generally between 15-20% of the sale price.
Before the fundraiser launches, we’ll explain how much your fundraiser will receive from each product sale so you can understand the earning potential and set an appropriate goal.
What products can we offer?

We’ll help you choose products that fit your audience, cause, price range, and fundraising goal.
Can you help create our fundraiser design?
Yes. You may provide finished artwork, submit an idea, or request help creating a design.
Basic personalization and reasonable design adjustments may be included with many finished products. Extensive original artwork, logo recreation, complex layouts, or significant editing may require an additional design fee. Any applicable costs will be discussed before design work begins.
Can we use a photograph in our design?
Yes, when the selected product and printing method are suitable for photographs. You must have permission to use any submitted photograph, logo, artwork, or other protected content.
We’ll review submitted files for image quality and print suitability before production.
How long can our fundraiser remain open?
The ordering period can be scheduled around your goals, event date, and fulfillment needs. One-time fundraisers typically have a set closing date, while some recurring fundraisers may operate on scheduled ordering cycles or remain available longer.

How will supporters receive their products?
Available fulfillment options may include organizer pickup, local pickup, local delivery, bulk delivery to a designated location, or direct shipping to individual supporters.

When will fundraiser proceeds be paid?
Payout arrangements are established before the fundraiser begins. Standard payouts are typically issued approximately 2 weeks after the fundraiser closes to allow time for production, fulfillment, and reconciliation.
Recurring fundraisers may use monthly payouts or another schedule agreed upon before launch.
Do supporters pay when placing their orders?
Yes. Supporters typically select their products and pay through the online fundraiser store when placing their orders.
The fundraiser organizer generally does not need to collect individual payments or manually submit each order.
Can supporters order from outside our local area?
Yes. RT Customized Creations can ship throughout the United States. Direct-shipping availability, shipping costs, and estimated delivery timing will be established before the fundraiser launches.
Who is responsible for promoting the fundraiser?
The organizer is generally responsible for sharing the fundraiser with friends, family, group members, and community supporters.
We’ll provide the store link and confirm important ordering information so you can clearly explain how to participate and when orders are due.
What happens if there is a problem with an order?
Supporters should contact us as soon as possible if an item arrives damaged, defective, or different from the approved order.
Because fundraiser products are custom-made, they generally cannot be returned or exchanged. If the issue resulted from our production, we’ll work with the customer to provide an appropriate replacement or correction.
