Timeline
1. Consultation & Planning
We strive to respond to new inquiries within 1-2 business day. We’ll discuss your ministry, products, quantities, artwork, ordering method, event date, fulfillment needs, and fundraising goals.
2. Product & Design Selection
We’ll help you select products and create or prepare designs for your church. You’ll have an opportunity to review the artwork and request reasonable changes before giving final approval.
3. Ordering Setup
We’ll organize your selected ordering method, such as a bulk church order, online store, individual congregation ordering, fundraiser, or paper order form.
Standard online stores are typically set up within 3 business days after all required information and design approvals are received.
4. Production, Fulfillment & Funds
After ordering closes and all necessary approvals and payments are received, production begins. Most group orders take approximately two to three weeks.
Products will be distributed through your selected pickup, delivery, or shipping method. Fundraiser proceeds will be issued according to the agreed payout schedule.
Exact timing depends on your selected products, quantities, artwork needs, product availability, supplier lead times, and event date. Rush service may be available for an additional fee. Your complete schedule will be confirmed during planning.

We work with churches and ministries of all sizes, including children’s ministries, youth groups, women’s and men’s ministries, worship teams, mission teams, outreach programs, volunteer groups, and church leadership teams.
You do not need to be a large church to work with us.

What ordering options are available?
Options may include a bulk church order, online store, individual congregation ordering, fundraiser, paper order form, or a combination of methods.
We’ll help you choose the option that works best for your church, staff members, volunteers, and congregation.
Can you create an online store for our church?
Yes. An online store can allow congregation members to select products, choose sizes and options, place orders, and make payments individually.
Stores may operate for a limited ordering period, for a specific event, or on an ongoing schedule based on your church’s needs.
Is there a fee to create an online church store?
Standard church stores and fundraiser stores generally do not require a setup fee. Additional fees may apply for extensive custom design work, specialty services, or requests outside the standard setup process.
Any applicable costs will be discussed before work begins.
Can we provide our church logo or artwork?
Yes. Churches and ministry groups may submit official logos or artwork created by staff members, volunteers, or other authorized group members. We must receive permission from an authorized church or organization representative before using official branding.
All submitted artwork will be reviewed to ensure it is suitable for the selected product and printing method. If it needs cleanup, recreation, background removal, improved image quality, or other print preparation, we’ll explain what is needed and discuss any applicable design fees before work begins.
How far in advance should we order for VBS, retreats, or church events?
We recommend contacting us as early as possible when your church has a firm event date. Additional planning time may be needed for product selection, artwork approval, individual ordering periods, or specialty products.
Most group orders take approximately 2-3 weeks after final artwork approval and payment.
Are rush orders available?
Rush orders may be available depending on production capacity, product availability, order size, and the requested deadline. Additional rush fees will apply and will be confirmed before the order is accepted.
How will our church products be distributed?
Available options may include church or organization pickup, local pickup, local delivery, bulk delivery to the church, or direct shipping to individual customers.
We’ll confirm the selected fulfillment method and any related costs before ordering begins.
How do church fundraisers work?
We’ll help your church select products, establish pricing, create the ordering method, and determine how products will be distributed.
Your church or ministry will receive an agreed-upon portion of each sale. Product pricing, expected proceeds, and the payout schedule will be confirmed before the fundraiser launches.
Are the collection prices the final prices for church orders?
The collections show our standard retail prices. Final pricing depends on your ordering method:
Group orders: Discounts are available beginning at 10 similar items, such as 10 T-shirts, 10 hoodies, 10 tote bags, or 10 mugs.
Fundraisers: Your church or ministry receives an agreed-upon portion of each sale.
Individual orders: Standard retail pricing generally applies.
There is no minimum quantity required to order. We’ll confirm your pricing, discounts, or fundraiser proceeds before your project begins.
Can you help with pastor or volunteer appreciation gifts?
Yes. We can create personalized awards, drinkware, tote bags, photo products, home decor, apparel, and other gifts for pastors, staff members, ministry leaders, and volunteers.
