What types of businesses do you work with?
We work with businesses and independent professionals of all sizes, including local shops, real estate professionals, service providers, vendors, makers, offices, restaurants, contractors, nonprofit organizations, and other community businesses.
You do not need to be a large company to work with us.
Can you help me decide which products I need?
Yes. Tell us what you are trying to accomplish, who the products are for, where they will be used, and your approximate budget. We’ll recommend individual products or coordinated combinations that support your goals.
Can I provide my existing logo or artwork?
Yes. You may submit a logo, brand graphic, or other artwork that you own or have permission to use.
All submitted artwork will be reviewed to ensure it is suitable for the selected product and production method. If it requires cleanup, recreation, background removal, improved image quality, or other print preparation, we’ll explain what is needed and discuss any applicable design fees before work begins.
Can you create a design for my business?
Yes. Basic personalization and reasonable design adjustments may be included with many finished products. Original logos, extensive artwork creation, complex layouts, logo recreation, and other advanced design services may require an additional design fee.
Any applicable design costs will be explained and approved before design work begins.
Can you source products that are not listed on your website?
Yes. If you need a product that is not currently listed, we’re happy to research suppliers and explore custom options.
Availability, minimum quantities, pricing, and turnaround will depend on the requested product. We’ll explain the available options before you commit to the order.
Do you offer bulk discounts?
There is no minimum quantity required to place an order. Discounted group pricing may be available beginning at 10 similar items, such as 10 shirts, 10 tumblers, or 10 mugs.
The collections display standard retail prices. We’ll confirm any applicable quantity discounts in your quote.
How long will my business order take?
Most group orders take approximately two to three weeks after final artwork approval and payment. Timing may vary based on product availability, quantity, artwork requirements, supplier lead times, and production complexity.
Rush orders may be available depending on production capacity, product availability, and the requested deadline. Additional rush fees will apply and will be confirmed before the order is accepted.
Will I receive a proof before production?
A proof is provided when we create or modify artwork, add personalization, combine design elements, or need to confirm placement and sizing.
If you provide production-ready artwork and request that it be produced exactly as submitted, a proof may not always be necessary. You may request one if you would like to review the design before production.
Do you sell DTF and UV-DTF transfers without the finished product?
Yes. We offer standalone DTF and UV-DTF transfers for customers who want to apply the transfers themselves.
Transfer pricing does not include artwork creation or editing. Submitted artwork must be production-ready. Cleanup, resizing, personalization, color changes, recreation, or other preparation may require a design fee.
What are payment tiles?
Payment tiles are customized signs or displays featuring QR codes or payment information. They can help customers quickly access payment links, websites, menus, social profiles, review pages, or other digital destinations.
They are useful for vendor booths, storefront counters, pop-up shops, service providers, and mobile businesses.
What kinds of business gifts can you create?
We can create personalized or branded gifts for customers, employees, business partners, sponsors, and special occasions.
Examples include closing and housewarming gifts for real estate clients, employee recognition gifts, customer appreciation items, branded drinkware, coasters, wood or glass cutting boards, office decor, awards, and coordinated gift sets.
Do you offer pickup, delivery, or shipping?
Yes. Available fulfillment options may include local pickup, local delivery, or nationwide shipping. The available method, cost, and estimated timing will be confirmed before production begins.
