Timeline
1. Consultation & Planning
We strive to respond to new inquiries within 1-2 business day. We’ll discuss your participants, products, quantities, artwork, ordering method, camp dates, fulfillment needs, and fundraising goals.
2. Product & Design Selection
We’ll help you select products and create or prepare designs for your camp. You can review the artwork and request reasonable changes before giving final approval.
3. Ordering Setup
We’ll organize your selected ordering method, such as a bulk camp order, online camp store, individual family ordering, fundraiser, or paper order form.
Standard online stores are typically set up within three business days after all required information and design approvals are received.
4. Production, Fulfillment & Funds
After ordering closes and all necessary approvals and payments are received, production begins. Most group orders take approximately two to three weeks. We understand camps may not always have that much time, so please let us know your deadlines.
Products will be distributed through your selected pickup, delivery, or shipping method. Fundraiser proceeds will be issued according to the agreed payout schedule.
Exact timing depends on your products, quantities, artwork needs, product availability, supplier lead times, and camp dates. Rush service may be available for an additional fee. Your complete schedule will be confirmed during planning.

Can you create merchandise for our camp store?
Yes. We can help create a coordinated collection of apparel, stickers, magnets, drinkware, tote bags, gifts, keepsakes, and other camp-branded products.
Your camp store can operate for a limited ordering period, throughout the camp season, or on another schedule that works for your program.
Is there a fee to create an online camp store?
Standard camp stores and fundraiser stores generally do not require a setup fee. Additional fees may apply for extensive custom design work, specialty services, or requests outside the standard setup process.
Any applicable costs will be discussed before work begins.
Can we provide our own camp logo or artwork?
Yes. Camps may submit official logos or artwork created by staff members, counselors, participants, or other authorized group members. We must receive permission from an authorized camp or organization representative before using official branding.
All submitted artwork will be reviewed to ensure it is suitable for the selected product and printing method. If it needs cleanup, recreation, background removal, improved image quality, or other print preparation, we’ll explain what is needed and discuss any applicable design fees before work begins.
How far in advance should we place our order?
We recommend contacting us as early as possible, especially before the busy summer season or when your camp has a firm start date.
Most group orders take approximately two to three weeks after final artwork approval and payment. Additional planning time may be needed for product selection, artwork, ordering periods, or specialty products.
Are rush orders available?
Rush orders may be available depending on production capacity, product availability, order size, and the requested deadline. Additional rush fees will apply and will be confirmed before the order is accepted.
How will our camp products be distributed?
Available options may include camp or organization pickup, local pickup, local delivery, bulk delivery to the camp, or direct shipping to individual customers.
We’ll confirm the selected fulfillment method and any related costs before ordering begins.
Are the collection prices the final prices for camp orders?
The collections show our standard retail prices. Final pricing depends on your ordering method:
Group orders: Discounts are available beginning at 10 similar items, such as 10 T-shirts, 10 hoodies, 10 bags, or 10 tumblers.
Fundraisers: Your camp or organization receives an agreed-upon portion of each sale.
Individual orders: Standard retail pricing generally applies.
There is no minimum quantity required to order. We’ll confirm your pricing, discounts, or fundraiser proceeds before your project begins.
How do camp fundraisers work?
We’ll help your camp select products, establish pricing, create the ordering method, and determine how products will be distributed.
Your camp or organization will receive an agreed-upon portion of each sale. Product pricing, expected proceeds, and the payout schedule will be confirmed before the fundraiser launches.
Can we reorder products for future camp sessions?
Yes. Approved artwork and project information can be kept on file to make future orders easier. Products, colors, quantities, and designs can be reviewed and updated for each new camp season.
