File Requirements

✔ PNG files only
✔ Transparent background required
✔ 300 DPI resolution recommended
✔ Add 1/8” safety margin around all edges (to prevent cutoff during trimming)
✔ Clean edges — no white halo
✔ Minimum detail size: 0.02 in (0.5 mm)
✔ Gang up designs to maximize the sheet space efficiently
✔ Artwork prints exactly as uploaded
✔ No screenshots or low-quality images
✔ No JPGs unless the background has already been removed
✔ Avoid glitter, metallic, or “glow” effects — these will not print correctly in DTF

Most orders ship in 1–3 business days from the production facility.

Pressing Instructions

Our DTF gang sheets are cold peel film. Heat, pressure, and time should be adjusted according to individual machines and substrates. The following are general recommendations for reference only.

• Pressure: 35-50 PSI
• Pre-Press: 5-7 seconds until moisture is gone
• Press: 290-320℉ 10-20 seconds
• Post-Press: 5-7 seconds with a Teflon sheet or other preferred material
