🎨 Personalization and artwork

Upload a clear, high-resolution PNG or JPG file when ordering. Please include any names, wording, colors, or placement requests in the personalization box.

This listing includes printing customer-provided artwork or minor personalization of an existing RTCC design. It does not include creating a completely new custom design.

If RTCC edits or personalizes your design, you’ll receive a proof for approval before production begins. Please review all spelling, dates, names, colors, and other details carefully. Production will not begin until the proof is approved.

Artwork submitted without requested changes will be printed as provided. Customers are responsible for confirming that uploaded files are accurate and that they have permission to use the submitted images or logos.

Please note that low-resolution or blurry artwork may affect the final print quality. Colors may also vary slightly between your screen and the finished product.

📦 Processing and fulfillment

Custom products are made to order. Please allow up to two weeks for production after payment, usable artwork, and any required proof approval have been received.

Shipping time is additional. Local pickup is available by appointment.
