RT Customized Creations Licensing Terms

Welcome! Below you'll find the licensing terms that apply to all digital products purchased from RT Customized Creations (RTCC).

Each listing will specify which license type applies.

If you're unsure which license fits your use, feel free to message me before buying.

Types of Licenses

  • Personal Use ONLY

    • Is for an individual, non-commercial use

  • Personal Use or Internal Business Use

    • Includes everything in Personal Use, plus internal business applications

  • Full Commercial Use

    • Includes both of the above and allows for creating physical products for sale

  • Print on Demand (POD) Use

    • The most inclusive license and includes all the rights listed in previous licenses plus POD use.

Personal Use ONLY

This license permits you to use the digital file for personal projects only.

Permitted Use:

  • You may use this digital file to create physical finished products for personal purposes only.

Restrictions:

  • This license is for personal use only and is non-transferable.

  • You may NOT make the digital file available for download, resell, or redistribute it as your own.

  • You may NOT modify the design in any way.

  • You may NOT create or sell transfers of this design or use it for commercial purposes.

  • You are not allowed to use the file in any way that allows others to access or use it as a standalone file.

  • Files are not to be sold, shared, modified, or distributed under any circumstances.


Personal Use or Internal Business Use

This license allows for both personal use and internal business use.

Permitted Use:

  • You may use this digital file to create physical finished products for personal purposes or internal use within your business.

Restrictions:

  • This license is for personal or internal business use only and is non-transferable.

  • You may NOT resell, redistribute, or share the template or image as your own.

  • You may NOT use the template or image in any way that allows others to access or use it as a standalone image.

  • You may NOT modify the template in any way or create transfers of the template without permission.

  • Files are not to be sold, shared, modified, or distributed under any circumstances.


Full Commercial Use

This license allows you to use the digital file for print-on-demand services while adhering to specific restrictions.

Permitted Use:

  • You may use this digital file with print-on-demand services to create and sell physical products based on the design.

Restrictions:

  • You may NOT use the digital file as a standalone file.

  • This purchase includes a single, non-transferable license. If you need this product for multiple POD stores or businesses, you must purchase separate licenses for each.
